Honoring Dugo Leitner Survivor of Auschwitz, Dugo Leitner ate falafel every Holocaust Memorial Day to celebrate his survival and new life in Israel. Though he passed in 2023, we continue this tradition to honor his resilience. Join us in remembering Dugo—one To eat falfel on Holocaust Memorial Day.
