UF Hillel

Chicken Soup

Peer Network

UF HIllel is about to launch it's third year of the Peer-Network Engagement Intership program. So what is Peer Network and why should you consider applying for it?

Innovate, collaborate, create. Be a Peer-Network intern…
Be part of a team of 5 extraordinary students at UF, charged with transforming student life.

  • Engage in professional development and skill-building
  • Go to Israel for 10 days for free (Taglit-Birthright Israel eligible) trip
  • Catalyze student involvement on your campus
  • Be part of a national initiative with hundreds of other Peer-Network interns
  • Get paid a salary

Peer Network has been established in order to build connections between Jewish students and the University of Florida. The goal of the Peer Network program is to build bonds between Jewish students that will last throughout your college years, if not your entire life.  We want to give you information about all the different Jewish organizations on campus and help you discover the right way to celebrate your Jewish identity. As a Peer Network intern you would be part of a team that engages uninvolved Jewish students throughout campus in your existing social networks as you work to connect those teams into exciting initiatives that you will create for them on campus and throughout Gainesville.
